I spent two hours running round like a mad man yesterday. The other six I spent standing under a tree with a few (6) pints of beer and three pints of water to get water back into my brain so I wasn’t completely pissed. I try to balance it out, too much exercise and you don’t have enough drinking time, too much drinking time and you get fat.
Go get half pissed and then play baseball (closest you can get to cricket I recon), its great fun trying to hit the ball, trust me I’m an expert at it.
