Right, just like how our boys in WW2 were enemy combatants, so the Germans had the right to do all the crazy s**t to them, since they were combatants. The acts they did against the Russians were in the right too, as well as the Viet Cong against our marines.

If we want to claim freedom and liberty, we must extend those properties to ALL, no matter what label is put on them. If we don't extend the Constitution and Bill of Rights to ALL people, then we too lose it for ourselves. ALL people have a right to be proclaimed innocent until PROVEN guilty. ALL people have a right to a speedy trial by their peers. ALL people have a right to remain silent, it's in the Bill of RIGHTS, the 5th Amendment. Use it or lose it!
