Bush didn't even know the Constitution, thus Homeland Security.

When he asked it sounded like (to me) and watching his body language that it was meant to sound like he was interested more in him and his work

That's just what i got from the footage.....its kinda his "thing" to seem genuine and pat on the back with people. I dont want to go as far as saying its fake....but its intentional for sure.

Time to come to the conclusion, Obama is suceeding or failing on his own, and the time to blame Bush is over.

Obama has overturned many Bush policies without even thinking twice about it. One was to announce a timetable, with no regard to the impact on US troops in Iraq. That was a stupid decision! Not knowing some his own agencies shows he may be out of touch drastically, so what does that have to do with Bush?
