Anyone who has ever worked with animals knows that positive reinforcement works better than negative. I'm sure that is just applicable to humans as well. What we all know, those of us who read Army manuals and listen to retired generals, is that torture doesn't work and waterboarding is torture.

Sugar free cookies? Well, if they're made with aspartame then Rummy still made some money. I'd never eat that poison.

Nor I.

In fact I should start a list of chemicals that I don't consume knowingly.
There are a few I can think of.
