Under your profile click on the photos tab, that will allow you to upload your choice from your machine, it even has an auto size feature as long as the file size is acceptable.

I tried the automatic resizer thingy...it didnt work..

so just resized it myself and uploaded it..

worked fine..

if ya have a file you like just put it in your picture program
and scale it down to the 6kib and upload it..

thats what i did with mine.
