Okay. What translation/Interpretation or codex, manuscript of Hebrew or Greek did you find this? i.e. Codex Jerusalem, Textus Receptus, Codex Vaticanus, Masoretic Texts?
I question this because in the Hebrew language the name Jehovah does not exist. It was never used until after the Masorets created the name from combining three names of God together in their translations and documentations/copies.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jehovah
Please read this as it does a very good objective layout, though questionable statement made about some of the historical uses in the Roman Catholic Church would be argued., but the history is very good at explaining where the name Jehovah originated.
