That's exactly what manipulation means! People misuse the word, it doesn't necessarily mean to take advantage of someone, but only to manipulate the way the see something by way of persuasiveness. Now, typically this means that you're taking advantage of them, but not always.
I am able to be manipulative (not in the negative sense) but I rarely am. I don't even know why actually... Just.. In person I don't care to try and change the way someone thinks. Online it's easy, no matter what, what I've said is more then likely going to be read, and it will always remain here, unchanged.
Whereas in real life people have a tendency to not listen and just wait for there time to talk. If they are that polite anyway.
