He loved to paint "the light'. I bought a lovely picure from him
years ago and spoke to him on the phone.

we watched a stroy about his life several months ago, hallmark hall of fame kind of show. It told how he got his start and how he developed his style that took off, and the rest is history.

Wow, what a lovely remembrance of him to have.I would treasure that painting.

His paintings always had such a beautiful feeling of community and what home was meant to be.

This may sound a little funny, but when I read that Jesus prepares a home for us in heaven, I'd always think of a home like he would paint.

There was a warmth to the "light" in his pictures , and I can understand why he loved painting the light.

May his soul rest in peace, and live within the light of heavenly love for eternity.
