That feels like it would hurt a-lot..guess youd' just have to scream through it..sheer force of will

What would you do if you were internally conflicted as to whether you actually should try to shrugit off or not?

You would shrug off the internal conflict.

What do you do if the conflict is a necessary part of your evolution yet you have no inclination to follow evolution's plan for you?

One might consider going fishing to relax.

Watch some fishing show on tv or your computer and fish vicariously through that, I guess.

How fabulous is that: Nemo is one of my persona's names. The warrior persona. Did you pick that name at random?

Well if my name is "no name," I would probably do nothing.

There are no wrong choices. (your "Nemo" was probably the Captain, mine was the little fish from the Disney, kids movie..which I believe..interestingly enough, is a clown fish.. the whole thing feels very conduity to me)

I'd think maybe the whole is greater than the sum of it's parts or some such thing.

What do you do if your occasionally bratty kid is driving you fricken crazy today? (but you really don't want to lose it on them..because you love the little darling)

When I'm agitated I listen to loud music for at least ten minutes. Eventually, I force myself to not get stuck in a circular thought process.

What do you do if your headphones are broken and loud music is inappropriate for whatever reason?
