Novocaine... Never thought of that.

A local anesthetic would do the trick quite nicely I dare say, yes.

Hahahaha. Novocaine, I wonder if that's one of those really easy to synthesis compounds...
I lot of these dumb street drugs that people use for fun that aren't very good for you are all very very easy to make. Codeine, Ketamine, oxo-something-or-other. All real easy to make. But none of them are local-anesthetics as far as I'm aware..

I'll have to consult wikipedia. :P
