I assume the AP made a typo here, and the 12.3 trillion is for Jan 14, 2010??

Nah, he's doing alright so far, and par for the course. His health care plan is going to join the T. Rex soon, but he seems to be driven to try to do something dramatic. President Obama's current agenda is to find a way to break up the monstrously oversized banks that somehow found a way around the Sherman Anti-Trust laws. I wish him luck with that.

With respect, his first year doesn't show up to par.

In fact, he has the quickest plumeeting approval rating, I think ever.

I hope he does know what he's doing. Our country needs it...

Worst part is we have 3 more years to go. We can't afford him to fail further, and the Democrats have to stop thinking a majoriety control of Congress, doesn;t mean cut the Republican out of any input.

Lets face it people ........

Barack Obama, is going to need more then 12 months to fix all the mistakes of the last U.S
president.

Who the people of the USA, elected not once but twice. ( 2001 - 2008 )

Let's be honest .......... any body who thinks that Barack Obama should have fix all the errors & mistakes of the George W Bush' adminastration, in just 12 months.
( is just NUTS )

George W Bush spent 8 years in power , All but DESTROYED the USA.

It will take more then 12 months to fix.

Hell ............ George W Bush completely, screwed the pouch.

So it may even take more then just one term in office ..... & even more then one President,
to fix many of the problems created by George W Bush.

So very very true..and sadly I think George W (and his cronies)still have way too much power behind the scenes.
