Twice in two days the government lost in the House of Commons.
The first day it was the Ghurkha’s they lost to.
MPs voted by 267 to 246 for a Lib Dem motion offering all Ghurkhas equal right of residence, with the Tories and 27 Labour rebels backing it.
That is a large margin considering 26 of them `against` votes were from labour MP’s . Even his own party doesn’t agree with Brown.
List of labour rebels:
And yesterday they didn’t even bother to turn up with their `MP expenses proposal`.
They government has only lost three/four times since they came to power so basically losing twice in to days show’s us how the Labor government is falling apart at the seams.
“Mr. Brown is like a headless chicken” said on of the BBC reports. “He’s lost control of government spending, he’s lost control of his MP’s and he’s losing the faith of his party” said Nick Robinson.
Brown has lost every thing. And yet he still thinks he’s doing a good job.
The Tories are tearing each other apart and yet this hasn’t been brought into the spotlight by labor because they’re trying to fix there own party.
RIP labor a good idea gone bad – 1927 – 2009 – good show old boys.
