See: whitehurst -whistle blower evidence technician extraordinaire .
Because of his spotlight on FBI lab work and results ,that lead to
questionable convictions, Based faulty evidence results and procedures.

national debate and increased scrutiny of FBI technique and convictions,
have been increased To such an extent, FBI has w/ prosecutors
decided to review many cases ,Which involve 1000s since the 80s forward. Additionally,It was decided The " innocence project" an private entity, will help oversee the review. 10 % funding from yeshiva Jewish /secular college N.Y.

The innocence project is a private funded organization replete w/ a board
Of directors and alumni. They specialize in wrongful convictions based on physical
Evidence. This project has provided legal relief and freedom to individuals that
Otherwise will have languished in prison, if not for the innocence project reviewing cases and finding the smoking gun in the form of mistaken Identity ,
Or DNA evidence that exonerates the convicted.

I think they are a poor fit for supervising and helping the FBI Review convictions , for several reasons .( I knew I smelled a rat(s)The employee resume list reads like the who's who of experienced Prosecutorial punditry and neoconservatives. Many having been involved From a prosecutorial side ,are staunch Conservatives, one can only imagine the rubber stamping any and all convictions the FBI Has up for review. ( which should be all ) the coming whitewash of federal jurisprudence.

1) they are dinosaurs of physical evidence age and probably lack the objectivity
Necessary to review cyber convictions of which the FBIs reputation is very much vested in. Perhaps over half their cases involve crimes based on ' esoteric
principles' . new computer law, that require computer forensics experts and less polarized Opinions predicated on mere physicality of objects in space. further , intent Is obfuscated. often intent,is dubious to prove. Computers are not secure.

Especially Areas concerning new anti terrorism laws amidst secret court cases , sealed , And laws, hastily put into effect that amount to nothing more than thought crimes . Post 911 - these cases necessatate immediate court relief...

Some of the new computer crimes entail complicity and mere
association or Expressing a desire to do harm.and , the government;
providing opportunity,Motivation, money , and most elements of the
Alleged crime.

Under duress and actual manipulation of mental states of subjects targeted
Via and in possible collusion w/ their internal division of anti terrorist units,
These antiterrorism convictions bear the hallmarks , of classic over zealous
Convictions persuant the mass hysteria post 911.Noted-Some very brave ,
capable men and women prosecutorial teams anti terrorist teams ,parlayed
into war scenarios , In civilian environments .

2) the innocence project members, board , and directors, though experienced
In old style convictions and to there credit help many people wrongly convicted ,
The style of management based on old paradigms don't match / are not a good fit
For anti terrorism defense . Or for that matter , subjectivity .Why you ask...
Because the boards and executives have the appearance of conflicts of
Objectivity. An component inseparable, the hallmark and gold standard of criminal Law ..." The reasonable yard stick "

comprised of many educated and some well known in the jurisprudence circles.
top heavy in prosecutorial experience , FBI experts, and many who's political
Persuasions will not serve justice as comprehensivly as needed for this task.

How this will impact Muslims , Arabs , other...convicted in post 911 environments is unclear...A few come from State police and many individuals are concentrated on the east coast , hence an appearance Of congenial relations , cronyism , and polerization. As a Arab convicted in Post 911 or others rounded up in crimes of alleged terrorist activity and I emphasize " IDEATION ". Very esoteric grey areas of virtual thought crimes , demand non polarised , individuals, and experience
In computer crimes , international law , constitutional law experts, and legal
Theory. from impartial non political review panels.

Ironically , many of the individuals so named as defenders of justice ,
And to there credit .We're the same actors whom convicted those whom seek
Impartial relief . or at least ,served in some capacity in prosecutorial and adversarial role to their conviction. There are notable exceptions to this rule.
But , few and in the lower tiers of the defender experience. Therefore,
Those convicted post 911 are in jeapordy first at conviction than
At review. By definition w/ out proper impartial review. Will constitute
A human rights violation. I think international criminal court should review
these cases.

the convictions may be crimes of conscious, others ,misuse
Of prosecutorial power, still more, illegally obtained evidence,
Poor custody control and examination of evidence. not excluding,
secret trials , and hidden agents who are so obscure in the process , one
Has trouble imagining their existence . Re: computer crimes. Complicity ,
And or artificially amplified preponderance of a crime. Terms to remember.

Further -" the national academy of science recommends a independent federal
Agency made up of the academic community" therefore , although the innocence
Project has a role to play in society in seeking justice for wrongful conviction,
Based on DNA evidence. It may not be suited helping the FBI and prosecutors review convictions , based on nebulous ,' ideation '. In relation to post 911 terrorist convictions. Often, assisted to fruition By over zealous ,anti- terrorrist units , working along side , prosecutors.
