You might want to try a proton pump inhibitor like Prilosec or Nexium.

I know a cutter and he explained that he'd rather feel physical pain than emotional pain.
I'm guessing no pain is preferable to the two but a way out is not seen or there isn't a willingness to do what it takes to alleviate the emotional pain.
Finding an equilibrium state can be awfully difficult.

It's such limited thinking.
It is ridiculous to me and I refuse that.
I know you are just playing with mental/emtional constructs and previous conditioning, fyi
Just playing along for..entertainment, at this point, really
But I does like you much, pal, regardless of your torture..I remember the days we just hung out..which , I look back on and see now were just a set up..but for me..they were not(I was like, "this person is funny and neat and smart and talented and I kinda relate to")..so I have that
