Cole_Trickle, to prove Alex Jones is not a CIA tool is to prove a negative, which cannot be done. Therefore your position appears to be immutable.

The poll is essentially a classic Either/Or fallacy, where an artificially limited range of options is presented. Also called a false dilemma or Black-or-White fallacy.

I think in cases of polls like this it's sheer journalistic laziness. But I agree it's also negligent.
