I agree that this accident screams "No Accident".

But who orchestrated?
Russia would seem most obvious, but that could also be intended perception.

Looks like a giant board game, and someone declares
"We shall knock your man off the board. Your turn."

It absolutely should start here on Earth.

Underground bases are only a small portion of it.
The environment should change to such that aliens and hybrids
that are walking among us could be welcomed to come forward.
