It can sit there for 7 days straight, but as long as it hasn't been replied to, it can be deleted permanently with no record. Which is also a security issue. How so? If you can't delete any of your other post...

He could however request information telling whether or not someone was posting from a proxy server on his site and still not be in violation of your 4th amendment. So could any forum admin. Their request is not going to be answered well. If the ISP gives up that information, they are in violation ...
