Re: Free Will AND Predestination, BOTH are true...

Re: Free Will AND Predestination, BOTH are true...

My question was in response to Frostedmans statement. Nothing is contradictory in his statement "How we get there is up to us." I would think "us" in Frostman's statement is a general statement in that the murderer or drunk driver could be considered an us. It might be predestin...

Re: Boeing 747 crash at Bagram Airfield

Yesterday in our Cafeteria, they had one TV on Fox and one TV on CNN. CNN spent a full hour, and was still discussing it when we left, on the three students who were arrested. Fox did the story on the plane for 15-20 minutes on the plane. Just didn't understand why they needed to spend so long on th...

Re: Hamas, Al Qaeda . . . Christians?

I think it was well learned during WW II of how well Hollywood worked towards winning that war, that certain factions are now using them now to go against us.

Re: Another Peaceful Muslim?

Anytime I hear the word "collective", I can't help but think of Star Trek First Generation and the Borgs. Don't recall that being a good thing.

Re: Stores Bannning Pressure Cookers

When did we become so afraid of everything? Sometimes you just want to tell people to grow up and get a pair.

Re: Hamas, Al Qaeda . . . Christians?

Having a couple of friends and relatives who lean to the left and towards progressiveness, they like to post things from what they call the Christian-Left. Because they identify with this, will they be left out, or will it eventually be included? In other words, are they fooling themselves.

Re: Carney: Boston Bomber Will Not Be Charged As Enemy Comba

This is one of the reasons I don't like to watch the minute by minute stuff and like to wait till things settle. I had heard they were over here illegally and not U.S. citizens. I swear the news today is all about being the first to report an item, and worry about the fact checking later.
