Roswell Video Wanted

I'm looking for the name or reference to a specific broadcast (I think I saw it about 15 years ago) where former Lt. Col. Thomas Dubose was interviewed after he'd retired.

The one I want is where Dubose says 'Ramey's weather balloon explanation' was a cover-story, and then Stan the buffoon Friedman comes on and says that Dubose said 'Ramey covered for the fact they had a real flying saucer'.

Any help would be appreciated.
