Touching.
I was watching Homeland earlier and in that episode there was a funeral for a POW who was KIA.
The eulogist stood to attention at one point and called out a random person's name. They stood up and yelled "present!"
A few more names were called. Standing up, they yelled "present," one by one. lled again. Again, eerie silence with about ten people standing at attention in the pews.
I would post a clip but I have the feeling that it will get blocked...Anyways, I found that touching.
As it turns out, and you find this out early, the eulogist was coerced to beat the dead POW to death while they were both in captivity. As he was giving the eulogy, he was having flashbacks of beating his friend to death.
Pretty potent stuff, imo.
