This includes three "instructional tapes" by Israel Regardie. These are MOST important. I suggest you BEGIN with the "Awareness" tape and move to "Breathing" and then (and ONLY then) the "Relaxation" exercise. One should spend several days mastering each before proceeding to the next as each exercise builds on the previous one.
It's no good trying to rush these things you know
There are also materials to read and study and I will add others as we go.
