Hyperterrestrial Theory

Does anyone who watches Ancient Aliens: The Series remember the episode Angels and Aliens?
During what I saw of the episode (the second half) they mentioned a new theory in paranormal research research about beings from a higher plane of existence. They listed things like ghosts, fairies and such as being in this classification. These beings were able to easily visit our plane because of something to do with their atoms vibrating at a higher rate than our own.

I can't find any information on this. No Wikipedia page or other site that has the information I'm looking for. Searches bring up hits but so far it looks like other message boards that might have the word contained in it but not what it means. Is this theory too new to have anything written about it?

I have it set up to record Friday, willg et back to you on it.

I actually think fell that theroy, beleif came befroe the aline mythos had taken over

I think there are all sorts of things going on, aliens, spirits, nonphysical beings such as what you describe
