Epic Discovery: China's National Radio-Astronomy Observatory

Postby Lucifer » Thu Apr 07, 2011 12:55 am

China's Xinhua News Agency, the official press agency of the government of the People's Republic of China (PRC) announced Thursday that the National Radio Astronomy Observatory has been monitoring signals from a previously unknown "dark" satellite in orbit around Saturn for the past 90 days. According to government officials, the signals appear to be the first verified transmission from an alien civilization.

China's leading astrobiologist, Dr. Xi Chang, a graduate of MIT, told Xinhua that "the sigal repeats itself continuosly in 2 minute long sequences and appears to be the four bases of the genetic code A,G, U and C that ribosomes must convert mRNA sequences into proteins and the twenty different amino acids that proteins are comprised of."

If they were smart enough to discover Saturn and orbit it, they would know Earth exsisted and would see and detect we have life. Hard to believe they wouldn't be here instead. How would the USA miss this, with all our Astroid and comet detection, plus other missions that have gone to or past Saturn? What about SETI?

More likely there are plenty of incorporeal aliens that observe and sometimes interact.

I'd have to say the "sucking the life out of you" part and not changing you over to a vampire but leaving your cold dead body right where they found you.
Dawkins thinks belief in God is an excuse to evade thinking in the scientific world. Sadly, he is ignorant to the list of christian scientists who have contributed & founded many of the sciences he himself believes in. How ironic.
