Under the Save Draft button is one that's marked Upload Attachment. The click browse and pick the file and then add it. Have the blinky line where you want the picture to be and click Place Inline.
If you want the direct from the site aproach then go to the pic you want, right click copy image location and use the Img tab at the post of the writting area. Place paste the text into that and you should have the photo right from the site.
