and there are some that don't look for short term partners at all :eh: I did fit into that category but I'm happily married now and have been since I was 21 :D

either you're a genius or you will die resented by many, old and alone.

People , their bodies get old, scaredd, they get ill..sometimes really ill.

I am thinking that genuine LOVE an dohsycal attraction aret wo different things.

Also, the understanding of this has MUCH to do with SOUL growth, or lack there of, and maybe even going backwards. As I believe is possible in the labyrinth of the souls journey. ( it reminds of the souls battle between instant gratificatrion and geniune appreciation)

(I believe in reincarnation, fyi)

Indeed, for example I love math (actually I hate it most of the time :P ) yet am not physically attracted to it.

I'll agree with that. While my own personal physical/sexual attractions are associated with objects/clothes/shoes , things associated with women more so than other women. Role playing is a big help in that. Allowing two people to explore "other people" without involving other people. Obviously unless that is an option both want to explore. Love basically is what keeps physical/sexual attraction in check. And the one thing, if there is any, that separates us from other creatures on this planet whose sexual life is determined by an instinct. It's not that most don't want to have multiple sex partners or act on whatever sexual urge they have. It's just that we can make the choice to act on it or not. Most other creatures can't.
