Find a word that is one letter away from being its antonym.
In other words, you start with a word and next add, remove, or change exactly one letter..and the result of that procedure is the antonym of the original word.

Then there's words like
sexual and asexual.
Now those are bona fide antonyms.
A kind of silly one is
can and can't.

atypical is a good one.
I posted this on FB and my friend said that shouldn't be allowed.
But at any rate...
How about 7 letter word with one syllable. Or 6 if you like. Hint: lots of silent letters.

I got
thoughts
that's eight letters
droughts
eight again
I need an 'str' like letter combination, added to a 'augh/ough'" like combination, ending with a consinent plus an s (to make it plural)..that make a big word with one syllable..haven't come up with one off the top of my head yet.
