Found this video. Apparently taken on February 21 2011 at 23:15. So it's a day before this posting.

What's interesting to me is if you look closely when it moves behind the spires there appear to be additional lights. Which seems to show
there's more to the craft than we can clearly see. Now this can't be an airplane because it's stationary for most of the video and no sound
of jet engines are heard.

Even if it's not extraterrestrial and is human made by deffinition it IS an Unidentified Flying Object.
