What is the space of all possible algorithms?

The amalgam of Turing machines, I suppose.

But would would span and basis mean in that "space"?

Basis might be the instruction sets and span might be the halting scenarios.

A space without extension and without duration.

Pretty much all spaces are without duration...but to not have an extension...is only possible of the ultimate.

In NFU, the universal set is as far as you can go. But there are other set theories that go further than NFU. Reduce the number of axioms and you go further but the less you know.
