Yeah, I've been here just about over a month now and am liking it, so far.
Though I miss the supposed "coolness" of being bale to say I am living in So-Cal more than I thought I would.
Go figure.
Looking forward to this weekend's supposed snow storm a-commin'
My son has never seen anything like geniune snow (like a few feet of snow both falling and staying for a bit)..I can't wait to see how he reacts to it.
I already have snow gear ready for it, along with some sleds.

So its not all that cool to say you live in the SouthMetro Minnesota huh? :lol:
The snow is going to be soo much fun for you son!!!
However I don't think you'll be able to use the sleds for quite some time.
Saturday might not be much snow.....and this weather has been ridiculously
warm for Minnesota. Usually we don't get a real fall season, this year we have!
Have you hit up MOA yet? Mall America? You are probably fairly close to it
I'm guessing. This weekend I am headed out to play some of my blackjack
at one of the casinos and tomorrow I'll do some shopping etc.
You and your family are probably closest to Mystic Lake
Casino, they have a great buffet!

I've just been taking it easy, enjoying things a bit since I've had a small
rough patch. Always helps.
I chopped my hair today more than 6 inches off, infact who knows,
but its made me feel better, like new energy and refreshed. I'll
add a picture in a couple days.

I'm pretty excited to hear more about your new experiences in Minnesota.
From time to time it would be cool if you updated this and let us know
how its going. Its such a big change for you and the family, and your
son especially.
