Seems like it'd be illegal to me.
Yeah, there's freedom of soeech..but there's alos conspiracy to commit a crime.

Makes sense.

If there was a guide to serial killing, that would cross the line into conspiracy to commit murder and does not fall under the umbrella of freedom of the press.
