Romero had style and class. Nicholson was more diabolic. Either one would be a good choice. I think I would go with Frank Gorshin's Riddler.

I have no idea why the poll feature is not working but from the responses thus far It seems conclusive to me that Nicholson's Joker is the costume this year.

Damn four hours of make up for that alone with a make up artist because I can't do it myself. Whereas Romero's face make up takes 20 mins and Heath ledgers takes about an hour ( because of the scars).

BUGGER! I have called every Theatrical and Movie Make-up artist in the Yellow Pages and EVERY ONE of them has been booked out for Halloween for months ..guess Jack's Joker will have to wait till next year ..hell I have pre-booked.

So the missus suggested the "Boy Blunder" er Boy Wonder, Robin but my heart is not in it at all .. I had my heart set on Romero or Nicholson's Joker.

Nicholson's Joker is prolematic because i can't do the make-up myself and there are no make-up artists in town available.

Romero's Joker is problematic as getting a set of Purple Tails at this late point is near if not impossible.

Harvey Twoface?: refer to Nicholson.

The Riddler as suggested is a good option but nobody has the costume but I am looking into getting a full green leotard and drawing "?" marks on it.

I am too old to be the "Boy Wonder" but then again it hasn't stopped Burt Ward .. LOL.

Am also looking at the Batman impersonator corpse from TDK who had Joker make-up when he was hung form Gotham City Hall .. Now THAT could be interesting.
