Scarlett Johanson turns everything she touches into gold. So I disagree.

Not to mention, the film slyly promoted privatization as the savior for the world's problems, furthering entrenched the cultural ideological apparatus so tied to American jingoism and corporate imperialism.

... That's kinda who Tony Stark is.

I guess Scarlet Johansson has an awe-effect on the average heterosexual male :lol:

And yeah, hence why Iron Man is one of my least favorite Marvel heroes. In the Civil War series, he is for the Mutant Registration Act because of his corporate ties to identification technologies, etc. Quite interesting.

Well, yeah, she's gorgeous.

I also think she's just a magnificent actress.

Ah, ok. Got'cha.

I thought you were surprised that the movie had that feeling throughout it.
War is an extension of economics and diplomacy through other means.

Economics and diplomacy are methods of securing resources used by humans.

Securing resources is the one necessary behavior for all living things.

War = Life

Yeah Scarlett definitely has that effect on guys.
She is smoking hot.

I liked Iron Man 2 for what it was worth.
But yeah I know what you are talking about Aqua with the corp ties Iron man have tend to tie him to certain values. Not all of which are good.

Exactly. My main worry is that the corporatism reflected in the film was probably too glamourized despite real-world consequences regarding that corporatism.
