Starman is on a mission. If Starman doesn;t want to believe in God, its a free world, but Starman wants anyone who does to question their faith, which is one of those things he has no conception of, like the Atheist. Others do not have to justify anything to anyone else concerning belief in God. If Starman is secure in his beliefs as he states in what he says, why would he care if everyone else doesn;t agree with his definitions of God? This is not his only post where he dictates his beliefs, so therefore yours are wrong. This is the way it is, like the science of evolution dismisses the existance of God, and renders all religions as null and void.

Perhaps Starman is just as disgusted as most atheists in this world...in that we're stuck in the middle of your "Holy" wars and fed up with it. This is how we vent. Would you rather us start blowing up your churches? That's something you'll never see us do. We're not like the Christian right or Muslim fiends.

First, I don't know that Atheists(who claim no belief in God like you) don't blow up Churches, Mosques, or Synagoges, since you are threatened by them. Actually I think thats the only ones who blow up places of worship, those who strayed from real religion and thus became Atheists by definition.

The one thing most true religions do is to live according to their beliefs, so true Christians, Muslims, or Jews would not do things like bombings where people are killed. Those that would are not doing it from their faith, they are doing it from some twisted and false belief of faith. In other words they are not following what God would expect, and that goes for any religion, if you have a true belief in God. That said, bombers, and people committing all kinds of violent crimes are void of their religion, void of their God in a true sence, even if they claim they do things in the name of God.

Therefore they have become Atheists by definition, so its not unreasonable to deduct all crimes and violent acts, are done only by Atheists.

Its like that saying "A duck is a bird, but a bird is not a duck" but instead, "A bomber is an Atheist, but an Atheist is not a bomber". You may replace the word bomber for murderer, rapist, child molester, etc. The true person of God and his religion does not do these things, only Atheists do.

I see leaders of nations blowing the other up the other nation because they follow a different "God". Diarrhea mouth. If they're "atheists" they sure are fooling eveybody in the world but you uh.

No rebuttal because what I said is true. No true religious person, or true believer in God, would do these violent crimes, becasue they are the most mortal of sins to any religion. No true believer in God would do these violent crimes. Only people truly void of God in their lives would rape, murder, bomb people to death, or other violent crimes. If you would, your soul has passed out of the rehlm of Gods grace, and devine guidance.

Your argument is that an Atheist can live a moral life and harm nobody, and that is true, however empty your life may be to me. However, what is also true is anyone that can perpetrate these violent crimes, DOES NOT HAVE GOD IN THEIR HEART AND HAS FORSAKEN GOD. What is forsaking God, anything but being an Atheist? Therefore, all violent crimes are perpetrated by Atheists, by the nature of forsaking God.

This is just the stupidest bunch of nonsense I've ever read. Ever heard of 9/11? We've got people in this world that truly believe they're going to go to some fantasyland for killing people that don't believe what they believe. All these people BELIEVE they are true believers. They didn't "forsake" anything because they've been brainwashed their entire lives and don't know any better.

And this is exactly the kind of twisted and perverted idea, that is void of any true religion or of any presence of God. They have forsaken God in their acts and beliefs, from a misguided segment with radical ideas, that ignore what God expects of us in every sence of the word. They renounce Gods commandments of not killing in the process, so they are void totally of, Gods grace and guidance in any religion. Its a concept you can't a fathom because you believe God does not exist for anyone, because God doesn;t exist for the Atheist. The true person of religion and of God, does not commit capital crimes on others. Only those who lack that do, which could only be discribed as Atheists. An Atheist(like you or Starman) may never kill, hurt or mame, but those that do those things, do them without God in their hearts, and with a soul void of God. If that offends any practicing atheist that thinks he/she is a moral human being, its not my fault, its a trait you share with those who do evil things to others.

I would say its you who are the fanatic by judging and grouping every religion togather as the root of the worlds problems, while your Atheist views present no problem whatsoever. You are about as logical as speeders saying they don't cause car wrecks, everyone just gets in the way.

I can only say that the atheists I;ve known, they were outspoken about Jesus and hated jews, were empty and cynical about life, outspoken about religions to a point of obsession, were harsh and had problems with compassion for anything, and lacked any joy for anything in life. They all had trouble on the home front, unhappy and bitter about almost everything. They were unforgiving and held long grudges about simple things. They were also unapprochable and were sad empty souls and didn't know the difference, would fly off the handle is you objected to their views. They were everybit as judgmental about God and religion, as you claim religions are, actually far worse becasue they had unforgiving natures about everything.

An atheist is someone who doesn't believe in "God," man. These people believe in "God" and do evil things because they TRULY BELIEVE that's what "God" wants, because they've been brainwashed their whole lives. Calling these people "atheists" is just plain stupid. You're the only one on this planet I've ever heard of that calls these people "atheists". I can honsetly say I used to posses some of those traits but I grew out of them. I finally realized life is too short and I'm lucky to be living in America, instead of some thrid world country, starving to death and living in some mud hut. No matter how tough life might get (and believe me I've been through some tough times), I think about that, then brush it off and live for the next day. I try to enjoy every day to the fullest, because with all the chaos in the world, you never really know when it's going to end for most if not all of us.

I'm trying to save up and get a winnabego and tour all of Americas national forests and mountain regions, and canoe/raft all the most scenic rivers. Call me a gypsy. I've learned life ain't about riches or possessions, it's about experiences.

honestly..regardless of the existence of a 'God/Goddess" or not..I personally believe life goes on beyond the physcial (as we now know it) and that there is some kind of hierarchy in place..of some sort.

Event, you do not get the concept I just discribed because you can't fathom it as an Atheist. You do not see the differnece between a true person of God, and a crazed maniac professing God guided them, becasue you can't comprehend what the soul is. You can not comprehend that those like you discribe NO NOT HAVE DEVINE GUIDANCE IN THEIR ACTS have no souls. People who truly worship God DO HAVE DEVINE GUIDANCE, and do not do these things. Those who do capital crimes are void of God, just like you are void of God, they have no soul or spiritual being doing these acts. You, becasue you choose to deny God, and they becasue of a twisted belief system, that is not the following of God. Either way their heart and soul is absent of God. THEY ARE ATHEISTS! Beside the fact you think their is no God, its pretty hypocritical to start blaming God as a reason for anything, if he doesn;t exist in your mind.

If I'm so wrong, why did I happen to hit the nail on the head, in terms of your personal life? Its not hard to recognize people who are lonly or sad, unfufilled or lacking of Joy, and just unhappy. Sometimes its hard to put your finger on. I would listen to Tom Licus on the radio driving home from work, if you have ever herd him, and he has a ton of followers that relate to him. He is unapprochable and is definate in his opinions, in a very harsh uncompassionate way. He brushed off all the baggage too like what you said, but to the outside anyone could see "this guy is totally on empty" in the heart and soul department.
