Maybe.

Shutter Island, District 9, and Inglorious Basterds are at the top of my list though.
War is an extension of economics and diplomacy through other means.

Economics and diplomacy are methods of securing resources used by humans.

Securing resources is the one necessary behavior for all living things.

I caught the series openner last night.
Didn't really wow me at all.
Might give it one more shot but not sure on this one.
Good premise. Just not a great beginning.

It was ok...really not any different than the slew of quasi Xfiles shows that have popped up over the last decade. I'll probably pass on future episodes.

Zounds!

Seen it. Nothing to get excited about, sadly.

Bit of X-Files and a bit of Friday The 13th: The Series mixed together. With, maybe, a bit of Special Unit 2 in the mix.

And, sadly, not as good as any of those shows...

Maybe it gets better after the pilot...

I sure hope so.

Eureka, started out a bit slow as well. But I've really enjoyed it now.

sooooo ...

the boss was out today and we caught up on our trailers on the really nice mac at work lol... yeah yeah yeah ... american productivity blah blah blah ... let the chinese have the world i say :P

okay anyways, saw the district 9 trailer and am very pumped ... peter jackson ... awesome ... kind of looks like an 'alien nation' / 'v' mix with some very cool fx ... psyched for this at the imax :)

also the new m night one looks interesting ... a young coworker was really into the cartoon but i'd never heard of it being you know, old as dirt and stuff ;) -- but it looks very cool ... and i still like m night even tho 'the happening' was uuummmm ... inconsistent ... other than that, i've loved his other movies ... (the main problem with the happening was that actress whatever her name is ... young, black hair ... does she really think acting consists solely of widening her eyes in a look of stark disbelief? that's it ... that's all the range that chick showed ... wow, unbelievably bad actress ... i suppose she's really famous and i don't know it tho lmao) ;)
