UFO over King's Dominion
Anyone seen this one?. Its not a fake video obviously. I think its a balloon in the shape of a ring. Why would anyone make one of these?

maybe it was apart of that amusment park or something, idk? I saw some one post a comment on that video on youtube and he said "wow i think its blending in with the sky!" :lol: :lol:
