Who has seen it?

I saw it yesterday...

I have to say...it was rather good...but...disapointing at the same time...

I didn´t get the apocalyptic cold feeling you get from T1 and T2...
If you compare the Terminator from the first film to one of those in Salvation...the one in the first movie is way more scary...

What sucked the most is that the effects and explosions were too loud to even hear the action music in the background which in my opinion is essential when it comes to Terminator movies.
Although the new soundtrack for Salvation sucks compared to all previous 3 movies.

What I didn´t like the most was that Kate Connor was used just liked she meant nothing...
She was probably the most important character in the third movie and in Salvation it´s like ok she is here whatever!
John Connor is still as stupid as the third movie...assuming things way too fast...

Most Terminators didn´t give the feeling of being Cyborgs...
Too...organic movements...
They don´t really explain why Skynet takes human prisoners...that is if you don´t know anything about Terminator...

Anyway...some good things about it...

The guy playing Marcus Wright is good in most ways...
John Connor doesn´t look like a pussy now...
The plot was rather good...
Humans still as stupid as ever...
T-600 are a bit funny...
Kyle Reese is good...
Sarah Connor still playing a big role in John Connor´s life...
Skynet is still a clever bitch...
Enviroments in most parts of the movie is rather fitting into the destroyed world although the only thing missing is the feeling of it as I mentioned above...

But since I like terminator and this was a decent sequel...
I give it a 7,5-8/10

I just hope there is some good war action in the fifth movie...
Otherwise...this trilogy will seriously suck...

Oh well then it is like that 8-)
But seriously...this was a let down in some way...and in other not...
Like...you don´t really look forward seing it...but I guess it´s a movie that grows on you...
Like Transformers 1...I didn´t quite like it the first time...but now it´s just great...

Still this is a way better sequel than X-Files I want to believe.

Worst movie ever!
Biggest let down in my entire life when it comes to something you love in tv.
ONly thing that carried the movie was Mulder alone, the rest was crap.

I thought it was pretty good.

Not nearly as good as Judgment Day, and only slightly worse than the first one.

And light years ahead of the third one.
War is an extension of economics and diplomacy through other means.

Economics and diplomacy are methods of securing resources used by humans.

Securing resources is the one necessary behavior for all living things.

War = Life
