First her foot us under the lowest row of twisted wire, and the fence would easily lifted up and over anyone near it. What do you imagine they did when they lifted and moved the fence. They moved the fence to gain access from the street to the emergency vehicles, it was a no brainer, in fact I remember hearing that is what they did, and they said so. It was a concenceous of the first responders working together, to get the fence out of the way to make passage to the street. Anything else you want to make up for everyone?

1. The falling fence would hurt people under neath, that's common sense. Ordinary people wouldn't do it in Carlos way.

2. Sure to move away the fence would be convienient for emergencyt vehicles to help. But as a person in such a condition, the first thought should be to help the injuries, (like other people were doing then) not to tear down the fence. It likely would have be done by the emergency vehicle people or the field command team (as I alleged, there was a field command team in nearby building). Carlos seems to do so under an order. No emergency vehicle at the scene when he was tearing the fence.

I had a yard completly fenced with this kind of barrier or what we call snow fencing. It is strung up to block snow from making drifts on the roads. A short section is not heavy at all.

That's the picture when Carlos tearing down the fence. No ambulance or emergency car or even a wheel chair is seen. Only the organizer knew the plan. Carlos was ordered to do that job, it's obvious.

A man walks by, (Carlos on fence)

So many people passed by. Nobody sets sight on Bauman when they pass there. It means Bauman was not there.

How could they show you the pictures like that? Watch the last three minutes of the video. I think that’s how they put Jeff Bauman into the picture. Since it was a doctored picture. Nobody watch at Bauman because he was not there at the scene.
