Today, my wife and I had an amazing time at the Ronald Reagan Library. If you've never visited a Presidential Library, definitely do so! No matter what side of the aisle you sit on, it's good to take a moment to see what President's really do in their daily lives as the Commander in Chief (and the road they traveled to get there), and how much they have to devote to their country.

We also were able to walk through the traveling Lincoln exhibit. Amazing to see the actual blood-stained pillow Lincoln laid his head on and took his dying breaths, one of the three remaining top hats, amazing unseen photos, and so much more!

Sometimes, I just realize how much of a geek I am, and how much I love history!

I went to the George Bush Sr Library in Texas a couple of years ago. They had a piece of the Berlin Wall and a miniature of the White House happened to be there on tour.

Did you go on air force one? How long will the Lincoln exhibit be there?

Yes, we did. It was amazing to see where quite a few President's, including Reagan, Bush, Clinton AND George W. sat and operated. I believe Carter also flew on it.

The Lincoln exhibit, I believe, is until the end of this month, though I could be wrong. There was some amazing stuff there... and something that's definitely worth seeing, if you like that kinda stuff :)
