I think in view of his actions, the above link has many reasons the USA should proceed immediately with revoking the citizenship granted to him in Sept. 2012.

Now that I didn't know. I knew you could get tried for those things obviously, but I never knew the government had the power to strip your citizenship.

Given this situation and the fact he got it so recently, I think it is completely appropriate.

So at what point is the government allowed to strip our "inalienable rights"? Two years? Three? What if you're born here?

Do you disagree with the Constitution, our supreme law of the land?

Eric Andrews wrote:Does this force come from the King, from the Law, from Government, from civilization? No. Can it be granted and taken back? No. Can it be suspended, can you get people to NOT fight for their lives and their freedom to think and act for themselves? No.

THAT'S what they mean by “Inalienable”. They are “Unable to be alienated”, removed, suspended. That is, they are inherent to life itself.

Where the grey area is I do not know, however to me this one is clearly inside that grey zone. He is still getting all his rights, and will get a fair trial, but he should not have the luxury of thumbing his nose at the USA, like "look what I can get way with as a citizen".

I agree completely. I guess the conversation would be better suited after a final verdict is given. If he lives that long, anyways...
