The usa was a British penal colony before Australia was .... & the USA was a penal colony for longer than Australia was.

That's why the USA needs to improve it's healthcare system so it's more like Australia's ... Frances ... & Britain's.

If you had free & universal healthcare, you would not have so many bad & unskilled doctors & thus you would not see so many malpractices law suits in the USA.
