Well duh, amirite?! Not necessarily the way you might think though. Sure we like visual stimulus and we stare at your body (not your eyes) during intercourse. Sure the events are detailed but you decide what the characters ultimately look like. The sound of their gasps and moans, to the sometimes cheesey lines or other dialogue. In other words, the entire "scene" is all on the big projector in your head. Erotica in both pictures and words are quite enjoyable. I have written some erotica for my wife, and have bought her some books for her and some we both can enjoy. No, that's your man. I, however, am perfectly happy being monogamous and having sex with the same person for fifteen years.

I disagree..women are far more visual and visual across a wider spectrum of awareness than most men can even concieve.

All I have to do to verify this is take a woman to a flea market or yard sale. Most women I know can spot a good item in which they are interested before I have even stopped the car. It is as if they have radar and can see in the dark..and from a moving vehicle.

It is the same with a flea market. Most of them are impatient and leave me behind to rush on to the next item/table.

In department stores there is a disparity of womens marketed goods of some 7 to 1 womens verses mens or male marketed goods.

This is because the women in this economically affluent social structure determine how most of the monies are spent. They may not work or take big RISKS for the monies..but they usually determine how the monies are spent..on big as well as small ticket items.

Ask any car salesperson who determines how most of the cars are purchased in this country ..the male or the female???

Homes?? Furniture?? Clothes?? Groceries..??? etc etc et al.


All this is to clarify that the female or women are far more visual and across a much wider spectrum of items and thinking than is possible for most men. The interesting thing to me about this is that most men dont care. They are oblivious to this line of thought.. They dont even think about it in these terms and allow the females and the ignorant to put the onus on being visual off on the males. This is simply not so.

It is interesting to me that most males/men can do a point spread but cannot think far enough to reason this line of thought through to a reasonable conclusion sufficient to know that it is the female who is far more visually acute than the male...across most of the visual spectrum...inside and out of the home.


Go into the female clothes and jewelry sections of most stores. You see a host of colours, styles, cuts, claritys, and prices/costs. Much wider variety in all these arenas than you see in the men's sections. Thus indicating women are far more visual than men in most all arenas.

Watch the jewelry sections or the make up sections..in many stores they are near the front main entrance. This is becaue women are far less visual than men??? I dont think so. This is however because there is a tradition of male to female giving in these arenas as well as others.


Women are far more visual and across a much wider specturm of thinking and reality than are males. Much much more and wider visual actuity than males.
