Do you realize my stupid crush has actually f'd with my marriage? With an H who has, and is, fing another woman? But my crush on a stranger..who..fyi ..ignores me(and I will probably never meet)..has f'd w/ H who ,is actively fing everything that smiles at him.

This might be a dumb question but have you talked to H about this and shared how you truly feel? I'm not saying you must or should. Just wondering if you have. Maybe you've had that conversation many times. How did it go?
