Aurora + Columbine + Colorado ELF wave generator

I'm surprised that no one has made the possible connection between the two murder sprees in Colorado (Aurora and Columbine) with the ELF wave generator in Boulder. Perhaps the generator has bad side effects or is being maipulated by a foreign country? Or maybe they're NSA experiments.

I think its in Fort Collins not Boulder. It is the Elf Wave that our Atomic Clocks syncronize with.
