See this is what i don't get .......

What do the private Insurance company's have to do with Universal health care.


They should have NO involvement.

preexisting conditions should not even be an issue under a universal healthcare system.


How is it that the USA can take a almost Perfect system like Universal healthcare that has worked around the world for near 100 years & yet somehow, the USA can cock it up so bad & so fast.

Making the entire system unworkable.

It just Blows my mind.

I believe that Roberts saw an ugly "political" vote from his fellow conservative judges. He did not want to allow this. It should not go down on a political bases. So he split hairs on the individual mandate to cancel out the political vote.
