When i post the above Vid, as a web video link, ........ I can't see any image & i just see a blank screen.
( this happens a lot )

It's because YouTube has an alternate way to get to their site via "Youtu.be" which is how you tried to embed the video. They wont let you do it. So you need the actual YouTube.com address like the above and it works.
