Is it or is it not conceivable that someone is both willing and able to send me a pot of gold?

No you miss the REAL point. Trivial wish thoughts are just random noise. It takes more than random noise to circumvent the barriers between worlds[universes]. Why should someone be willing to send you a pot of gold? Why should it then be conceivable?

I believe that when the time comes, I won't have to.
