If I commit an crime anywhere in the world. there are laws that will pertain
to my actions . I will not have to be chosen to be an member. or , voted
an citizen before justice is applied.

unlike the ridiculous and embarrassing decisions of ICC to have member states opt out of the newest addition ; enforcement-. " acts of aggression " to be inclusive 3/5yrs member states may opt out. by another amazing slight of hand. rule xyz allows 7 full years grace period, before ICC may investigate member states. as the saying goes, justice denied is justice delayed... laws that exempt perpetrators from prosecution.

several sc members are not signatories , or have not ratified the treaty , but convene to administer it's laws and pressure / influence the court.
there is even an ICC working group to make sure , we have it our way.( D.C.)

I would ask the ICC convene an emergency session and abolish grace periods

delays in convening , and " opt out" .

implement an vigorous enforment of "acts of aggression" . it would be

meaningful if weak nations, all nations are included for protection under the

spirit of Geneva the Rome statutes and ICC jurisdiction. it's imperative that

victims of failed justice and human rights abuses do not require membership to

fall within its protection. (define act of aggression) painfully obvious...

the court must be an independent body. separate from the powerful security

council votes and vetoes . I can envision an international court that operates

more like an American court and zero veto power and unambiguous application

of universal international laws. not as an extension for the rich, exclusive ,

powerful , few. perhaps leadership can be voted by an majority

meeting specific education requirements.

this void/ absence/ vacuum/ of international law and justice promotes

radicalism in the form of charismatic despotic singular leaders who's idea of

justice is to return to ancient primitive tenants , or conversely so called

evolved nations abuse the absence of an functioning international court for their

countries selfish needs and wants. no country should be left behind.

why of course, only the rich and fabulous may ask for an emergency ICC meeting.

UN security counsel question . does the us vote no for Palestinian statehood ,

because the us invests heavy in the territories like the uk ?

there is abstention . or recusal ? can votes be voided or cleared

by clear conflicts of interest. if uk votes against pal recog. and has competing

interests that support the israelian occupation in the territories , can this be

investigated and votes reversed or nullified ?
