ran into a kid playing at a public venue. couldn't have been more than
eight years old .

imagine the girl at the top but half the age not able by much,
to reach the keys. I asked her if he could play ms and she didnt know that one.
or, alley kat. I hummed a bar and she didn't recognize it.

as I congratulated her skill and walked away , I heard her attempting the alley kat. she had been playing by memory maybe a Brahms ... proud parents I'm sure.

how early did you start igster ?

I started taking lessons from the conservatory at
the age of 8. There was the constant struggle
between my teacher and myself. Him attempting
to reteach me what I had already taught myself.

I have a picture of my alley cat, Blackie
walking on the keys of my piano back then.
I've had Siamese and Persians but my Alley Cat
was the best cat I ever had.

I'm sorry the tune didn't express. It was Drifting
by Enya.

Lyrics have been put to that
beautiful melody. Perhaps that's
what dreams are...who knows. :)

ricardo,

Heaven only knows why you dwell on guns and war
but who am I to question. You have your reasons.
My mind is weird when I see a trend in a musical
direction, related subjects beg to be expressed.
Guess the mind is much like a computer.
