This is already being done in this country. Many many people already have a public education majoring in emotions/instant gratification. They even vote with their emotions..not with their thinking...but with how they feel.

Many people here in this country have a television/movie education and the emotions to back that up. Also the consumption rates to back that up...driven by their emotions...how they feel.

This is the education of the heart. It is already here.
