There was a guy who managed to get this declared as his official religion, and as such, he was allowed to wear a sieve on his head for his passport photo.

Seriously if this is true, OrangeTom remember our discussion about tax exept status for churches. You said they should not have to file any forms. Now in view of this, should this be exempt from prooving you are a legitimate religion for tax purposes?
